How do I reset my app password?

Go to the login screen → Tap "Forgot Password" → Enter your registered mobile number → You'll receive an OTP → Create a new password.

When will I receive my weekly payments?

Weekly payments are processed every Tuesday for the previous week's earnings (Monday-Sunday). It may take 1-3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

What should I do if I have an accident during delivery?

1. Ensure your safety first
2. Call emergency support immediately: +91 1244125158 (Ext. 9)
3. Inform your shift manager
4. File a police report if required
5. Contact support@apniangithi.com for insurance claims

How can I update my bank account details?

Go to Profile → Bank Details → Update Information. You'll need to provide a canceled cheque or bank statement for verification. Changes take 2-3 business days to process.
