These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apni Angithi Rider Application and delivery services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Apni Angithi Rider Application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driving license for two-wheeler (LMV)
- Valid vehicle registration, insurance, and PUC certificate
- Android smartphone (version 8.0 or above) with GPS
- Active bank account for receiving payments
2.2 Registration Process
- Complete registration with accurate information
- Submit required documents for verification
- Undergo background verification process
- Complete orientation/training if required
3. Delivery Partner Responsibilities
3.1 Service Standards
- Maintain professional conduct with customers and restaurant staff
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders
- Handle food packages with care and hygiene
- Wear clean attire and proper safety gear (helmet mandatory)
- Follow traffic rules and regulations
3.2 Order Acceptance
- You are free to accept or reject delivery requests
- Excessive order rejections may affect your partner rating
- Once accepted, you must complete the delivery promptly
- Cannot transfer orders to another person
3.3 Safety Requirements
- Valid helmet must be worn at all times while riding
- Vehicle must be in good working condition
- Mobile phone must be mounted for hands-free operation
- Follow all COVID-19 safety protocols if applicable
4. Payments & Earnings
4.1 Earnings Structure
- Base pay per delivery
- Distance-based incentives
- Peak hour bonuses
- Customer tip (100% passed to delivery partner)
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Weekly settlements (Monday to Sunday cycle)
- Payments processed every Tuesday
- Bank transfer to registered account
- Detailed earnings statement available in the App
4.3 Deductions & Charges
- TDS as per applicable laws
- Penalties for policy violations
- Charges for lost/damaged orders
- Service fees as applicable
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:
- Using someone else's account or documents
- Accepting cash payments from customers (unless specified)
- Tampering with food packages
- Consuming alcohol or drugs while on duty
- Harassing customers or restaurant staff
- Violating traffic rules
- Using unauthorized accessories or equipment
- Sharing confidential information
6. Insurance & Liability
6.1 Accident Insurance
We provide accident insurance coverage for delivery partners during active delivery hours. Coverage details are available in the App.
6.2 Third-Party Liability
You are responsible for maintaining valid third-party insurance for your vehicle as required by law.
6.3 Order Liability
You are responsible for the safe delivery of orders. Damage or loss during delivery may result in deductions from earnings.
7. Termination & Suspension
7.1 Grounds for Termination
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Providing false information
- Poor performance ratings
- Criminal activities
- Repeated customer complaints
7.2 Account Suspension
We may suspend your account temporarily for investigation of complaints or policy violations.
7.3 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your partnership by submitting a request through the App. Outstanding payments will be settled within 30 days.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction shall be the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Before legal action, parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through our grievance redressal mechanism.
