By using Apni Angithi, you agree to these terms. We provide food delivery services — you must be 18+, provide accurate information, and use our platform responsibly. Cancellations are only allowed within the cancellation window shown at checkout.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Apni Angithi platform (website or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of Services
Apni Angithi provides an online food ordering and delivery platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and order placement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Orders & Delivery
All orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellations are only permitted within the cancellation window set by the restaurant, which is displayed on the order tracking page. After this window expires, orders can no longer be cancelled by the customer as the restaurant may have begun preparation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay, and Apni Angithi Wallet. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund policy is detailed separately at apniangithi.in/refund-policy. In general, refunds are processed for orders cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, orders not delivered, or orders with significant quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or Apni Angithi Wallet within 5–7 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: placing fraudulent orders, providing false delivery addresses, abusing promotional offers, or harassing our delivery partners or support staff. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Apni Angithi platform, including logos, images, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Apni Angithi and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apni Angithi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including food quality issues beyond what we can reasonably control, delivery delays, or technical disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
9. Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through our customer support before pursuing legal action.
